Průmyslové řídicí jednotky

Průmyslové řídicí jednotky jsou řídící nástroje používané k automatizaci provádění úkolů v oblasti řízení, správy a sběru dat z různých zařízení bez lidské účasti. Řídicí jednotky kompatibilní s PC jsou dnes velmi časté. Liší se od PLC (programových logických řadičů) většího počtu funkcí, které jsou spouštěny prostřednictvím softwaru, spíše než hardwaru v případě PLC. Řadič kompatibilní s PC je ovládán pomocí systému SCADA nebo programu navrženého pomocí vývojového systému. PLC programování se obvykle provádí ve standardních jazycích IEC 61131-3, v jazyce C. Použití jiných jazyků je možné. V závislosti na funkčnosti regulátoru lze programovat:

  • v jazycích C a C ++;
  • ve standardních IEC 61131-3 jazycích (IEC 61131-3 LD, FBD, SFC, IL, ST);
  • pomocí WEB rozhraní v IF-THEN-ELSE logice;
  • pomocí jazyků vývojových systémů používajících SCADA.
